Awareness is the ability to perceive a particular situation. It is not about thinking what a situation is, but about being able to sense it, experience it, and develop a sensitivity to it without interpreting. It is an aspect of being consciously present that strengthens and enhances the quality of everything you undertake. Everything you do functions better when you do it from that awareness and sensitivity. That is why, during the year programme, we dedicate time and energy to this state of being. It significantly facilitates working with systemic constellations and is an indispensable added value in your life.
Sometimes I hear people say that a certain method 'doesn't work for them'. As soon as they develop and apply their perception or awareness, this argument ceases. This means they have strongly developed their intuitive ability. There is a real chance this will happen for you too, because this is a strongly intuitive programme.

Why systemic? The longing to come home.
The answer to this question is simple. We are all part of a system, or rather, multiple systems. In short, we can say that everything and everyone within the system is interconnected, gives meaning to each other, and is interdependent. A change in one part affects the other parts. Throughout our lives, we function within these systems. The system that touches us most deeply and to which we are profoundly connected is our own family system. Unconsciously, whether we like it or not, we carry the stories, unprocessed emotions, and unconscious patterns of our ancestors with us. The soul connection between family members leads to loyalties and a deep longing to come home and belong. We operate within the pain, sorrow, anger, and fears that flow through our system and are burdened with their effects until we can no longer bear it. They influence our own well-being, our thought patterns and beliefs, our relationships, work, entrepreneurship, prosperity, and health. In short, they are intricately woven into our lives like threads in a fabric. They are there, but you no longer see the distinction.

Why family constellations? Relief as a result.
Constellations are a simple yet unique method that makes the tangle of loyalties and entanglements with the family system visible. They are mysterious and yet very clear. The method is practised worldwide and is increasingly being scientifically researched. Family constellations are finding acceptance in all sections of society. In the future, they will play an increasingly significant role in all areas where life unfolds: relationships, the economy, finance, health, upbringing, and politics. Through constellations, unconscious patterns surface, allowing them to be 'breathed through'. The healing process takes place, resulting in a great sense of relief.
You can use constellations to explore something yourself. They can be applied one-on-one and are also possible in a group where other people are available as representatives. Moreover, they require little time compared to other methods.

Why gentle horse power? The perfect mirror.
Awareness is a natural given. We are all born with it. Along the way, we have increasingly lost this natural gift, with all the resulting consequences. Eventually, we start searching for it again. Horses are always in a state of sensitive perception, in the here and now, present in the moment. Just like us, they react to every change that takes place in the field. They are the mirror reflecting our balance or imbalance. They cannot *not* react. The collaboration with horses arises organically and is particularly healing. During the programme, we provide one day of systemic horse coaching and one day of systemic work with horses. Although the emphasis is on family constellations, the programme and the gentle horse power complement each other seamlessly.
Why a nod to organisational constellations? Everything is connected.
The patterns from our family system do not only influence our personal lives. We take them to work with us every day. There, they interact with the patterns of other colleagues and everyone you work with. Consequently, the workplace becomes the platform for manifesting unprocessed emotions that strive to be seen, heard, and find their rightful place. The difficulties, challenges, and conflicts you encounter at work are the visible results of this. Just as external leadership can only truly thrive when supported by inner leadership, problems at work often (though not always) require balancing the personal system first. What will you learn during the programme?
Besides theory, the programme is very practice-oriented. We practise a lot in different ways and in many different contexts. What we experience physically, sticks.
Between the programme blocks, there are intervision days to be scheduled by the formed groups themselves. For these intervision days, you will receive in-depth exercises to further explore what you have learned.

The group energy and its growth are, of course, not to be underestimated. The connection between group members is an added value for the individual, the group, and the programme itself. After the programme, the group can be a core to fall back on.
Furthermore, we make space and time for relaxation, reflection, movement, breathing, and other surprises. And the horses, of course. The shared humour is the extra ingredient that makes systemic work more easily digestible.

Working with systemic constellations requires an inner attitude of integrity and strength. Working with the knowing field demands subtle and fine-tuned attunement. Working with this beautiful method tolerates no carelessness when working with your clients.
Therefore, I like to start with a group of committed people who are prepared to make their own inner journey, who are willing to free up time and energy for the programme, extra constellation days, intervision, and assignments. You will receive an intake questionnaire before the start of the programme.

During the programme, we welcome some special guest lecturers:
- Joeri De Belie and An Van Kelst are certified Horse Reflected coaches. They facilitate the horse coaching day at the Hottentothoeve.
- Oliver Schelinski from the Horse Coaching Academy concludes the programme with a day of systemic work with horses.
The location, a place with breathing space.
The transformation programme takes place on the domain of the centuries-old, yet renovated, Hottentothoeve in Bonheide, near Mechelen. It offers expansive views of the green surroundings, and the horses are nearby. The farm is located in the Cassenbroek nature reserve, where you can enjoy extensive walks in the woods, on the heathland, and among the meadows. We are thus surrounded by tranquillity, which is ideal for a family constellations programme.
Certificate
Constellation work requires great depth and respect. It is sensitive material that demands necessary caution. The work requires an attitude of integrity from the constellator and the willingness to empty their own 'backpack'. Constellations and clients can only be well facilitated if these conditions are met.
At the end of the programme, you will receive a certificate that is subject to certain conditions. These ensure a deepening of your journey, which is usually much appreciated afterwards. The date for the certificate award ceremony will be decided with the group.
- Attendance during the programme is mandatory.
- You participate in the intervision groups each time.
- You participate at least three times in the constellation days in Borsbeek.
- You create a synthesis of your evolution and key insights during the intervision groups.
- You choose a relevant theme for your personal work.
- You are present on the certificate award day.
- If you are participating for personal growth, the same requirements apply to obtain a certificate.
