What you don't see, but feel

A systemic exploration of school dynamics

This event invites you to experience school systems from a deeper awareness and discover the invisible patterns that influence educational dynamics. As an education professional, you often feel what is not right in your school, without knowing exactly where it comes from. You notice invisible tensions, feel disturbances in the system, and see how these patterns find their way into relationships between colleagues, pupils and leadership. These invisible dynamics make education both fascinating and challenging.

The hidden influences in school systems

Do you recognise these situations? You feel that a dynamic in your school is not right, but you don't know how to change it. You wonder what conflicts say about the system and what signals pupils are giving to the team. You experience that leadership can be quite challenging. You notice that you don't always take your proper place at school. These signals point to deeper systemic patterns that require attention. When you learn to recognise and acknowledge these patterns, space is created for transformation and growth within your school environment.

Every individual in a school, both adults and children, creates school from the context of their personal system. Everyone reacts from their own history and beliefs. Emotional baggage is unpacked. That makes school simultaneously fascinating and challenging. It is not easy to remain standing in this, but it is certainly not impossible! From a highly sensitive perception, combined with a strong earthly presence, we can investigate these dynamics and guide them towards more harmony.

From individual to collective strength

Transformation begins with awareness. There is a great need to stand strong together. You can only do that if you stand strong as an individual. Feeling safe in a group only works if you feel safe within yourself. Respecting boundaries works when you know your own boundaries. Solving problems only happens when you shift your focus to opportunities for growth. The emotions in the backpacks only come to rest when you dare to look at them. Sharing things works well when you keep your attention on yourself. Looking at pupils without judgment can only happen when you accept yourself for who you are.

In this workshop, you go on a journey of discovery to the core of your educational heart. Through the method of educational constellations, you make the invisible visible and explore the hidden patterns that disrupt school functioning. By acknowledging and transforming these patterns, you create space for balance, authenticity and sustainable growth. From systemic self-reflection, a school and its participants can take major steps forward. Every level, from management to pupils, enjoys the results.

Teaching by being: the essence of authentic education

What makes this day special? You experience a holistic approach, where you not only look at what is 'wrong', but especially at what wants to emerge. From a loving and confrontational attitude, the wisdom of the system invites itself to reveal itself. 'Teaching by being' is central - your learning and growing from who you truly are. This approach is simultaneously confrontational and loving, exactly what is needed to get to the core of systemic patterns.

The power of this approach lies in the accurate attunement to the situation and the right dosage at the exact moment. It encourages you to activate your energetic perception and awareness and to learn to feel for yourself. You experience a journey of discovery to the core of who you are, and the results won't keep you waiting. By introducing 'Teaching by being' and educational constellations in schools, a pioneering path to meaningful educational innovation emerges.

An invitation to conscious growth

This is a workshop where we all work together to experience new insights. If you are an education professional who dares to look at yourself and the whole, who is open to new experiences and who wants to participate in a connecting way, then this day is for you. Discover how systemic work can intelligently strengthen education and how you can find the path to authentic and conscious educational leadership!

Bringing others to their essence is the essence of this day. Finding your way to authentic self-awareness may be the greatest gift you can give yourself and your school community. As an expert in transformation, consciousness and systemic work, I invite you to discover together what you don't see, but do feel in your school environment.

Conclusion

When we learn to see and feel the invisible patterns in school dynamics, space is created for profound transformation. This workshop offers you the tools to connect your authentic power with the collective wisdom of the school system. From the connection between highly sensitive perception and earthly presence, you can learn to navigate through the complex dynamics of education. The result is a more conscious, resilient and connected school environment where both professionals and pupils can flourish in their essence.
