What are Family Constellations?

Adults struggle with various challenges in their lives for which they find no adequate solution. When they look back briefly to their early childhood, they discover they cared for their parents with great love. Sometimes they’ve forgotten how to be a child. Their love and loyalty to their family system transcends everything – even if they no longer wish to be in contact with certain family members. Even as adults, they remain loyal to and caring for the system. As a result, it's difficult to lead the life they wish. This shows up in the difficulties that cross their path. 

A family constellation makes the loyalties and entanglements that disrupt a smooth life literally visible. From within the constellation, emotional blockages are seen, acknowledged, and released. It becomes easier to take responsibility for one’s own life instead of getting lost in patterns interwoven through generations.  A constellation is a method that provides breathing space to truly participate in life. You don’t need to bring any family members with you.

We look at participants' pressing questions. Thanks to the high-quality representatives and the ever-evolving work, we create clarity where there were once blind spots. Breathing resumes, and deep joy rises simultaneously. Participants experience relief, liberation, safety, and perspective.

Absolutely. As a representative, you are part of the whole and play a key role in others’ constellations. The themes that arise also touch you and initiate healing processes within you. The more you participate as a representative, the more you grow in self-confidence and self-worth. You develop your intuitive capacity. As a representative, you gain a broader view of the themes people encounter in life. This also provides insight into your own life.

Fees – Clarification 

• For your participation as a representative during a full constellation day*. € 90
• For your participation with a question for your own constellation during a full constellation day*. € 200
• * Drinks, snacks, and a healthy freshly prepared lunch are included in the fee.
